As a consequence of increasingly unpredictable intake and outtake of renewable energy, the electrical grid must contend with regular fluctuations. Batteries are an ideal solution to help stabilise the grid; renewable energy that is not directly consumed can be stored for later consumption. LC Energy develops battery systems both connected to a solar field or on a stand alone basis.
